Meet Request RemindersRequest forms are two pages and must be complete. The host organization, meet director, and venue must be in Massachusetts. Each host organization and meet director may have one qualifier. New competitions may be listed but are not eligible for qualifier status. Requests are due August 1, and late or incomplete forms are not accepted.PDF
